Praying Always

Praying to God day and night,

Keeps me closer to Jesus my Lord,

Makes me stronger and wiser everyday,

It guards my precious soul from vanity.

Praying to God truthfully,

Keeps me away from falsehood,

Helps me to stand for the Truth,

It keeps my heart rejoicing evermore.

Praying to God without doubt,

Leads me in the path of faith,

Guards me from fears and insecurities,

It leads me to God-glorifying success.

Praying always to God for others,

Makes me a channel of His blessings,

Moulds my heart to care for the lost,

It leads me to a Christ-like life.    

 Praying to God till Jesus comes,

Keeps me shining for His Holy Name,

Ushers my life to a well-lived life,

It keeps me waiting for Him to take me up.
